Licensing Request Form

If you are interested in producing one of my written or adapted works, please fill out the following contact information form as completely as possible. When your request is received, I will either ask any necessary follow-up questions or send you a completed quote for approval and/or negotiation. Please be sure to include your best contact information to make sure communication happens in a timely manner.

Please note that I do not provide a blanket licensing fee for my titles, but that I am willing to scale my royalties competitively to fit your budget and scope of programming.

Licensing requests must be received three months prior to first intended performance date. This policy is for the assurance of quality and preparation by both companies and performers alike.
